WHAT AFFECTS YOUR PRICE
Site conditions
Difficult access, steep grade, or poor sub-base soil adds cost. We assess at the estimate.
Removal of existing material
Demo and haul-off of old concrete adds $1.25–$2.50/sq ft on top of the new pour price.
Finish type
Plain broom is most affordable. Stamped, exposed aggregate, or colored concrete costs more.
Permits
Permit fees vary by jurisdiction. They are always included in our quotes — never an add-on.
Tie-in complexity
Connecting to an existing slab, apron, or walkway takes more planning and finishing time.
Project timing
Rush jobs or off-season work may affect scheduling. We discuss timeline at the estimate.
