In Every Contract We Sign

Our Project Standards

These aren't aspirational standards. They're in writing in every contract. Here's exactly what each one means and how we've had to back them up over nine years.

Promise 01

Fixed Quote Promise

The price on the quote is the price on the final invoice. Permits, materials, labor, cleanup, and finishing all on one page. Never a "revised invoice."

What this means in practice:

  • We research your jurisdiction's permit fees before we quote so they're baked in.
  • If material prices rise between your quote and your pour date, we absorb the difference.
  • If a sub-base problem reveals itself during prep, we fix it without adding a line item.
  • The only way the price changes: if you ask us to add scope after signing.
Promise 02

Seamless Tie-In Guarantee

Your new pour ties into existing walkways, stone steps, brick aprons, and landscaping beds with no visible seam. Transitions planned before the truck arrives.

What this means in practice:

  • We photograph existing walkways, steps, and aprons before we start.
  • We measure the existing slab at multiple points and adjust our forms to match.
  • We don't call it 'close enough' — we adjust until the transition is right.
  • On stamped or colored work, we discuss color expectations clearly at the estimate.
Promise 03

No Collateral Damage Promise

Fences, mailboxes, irrigation lines, and the neighbor's grass stay how we found them — or we cover the repair ourselves. We also handle the conversation directly.

What this means in practice:

  • We do a perimeter walk before demo or excavation starts and document existing conditions.
  • We flag any utilities, irrigation lines, or structures that need protection.
  • If something gets damaged, we fix it at our expense. Every time. Without argument.
  • We handle the neighbor conversation directly — you don't mediate contractor disputes.
Promise 04

Daily Cleanup Standard

Not just at the end. If your driveway or street isn't cleaner than we found it every single day, we pay for a professional cleaning service.

What this means in practice:

  • At the end of every working day, the street and your property look like a crew was there and cared.
  • Concrete slurry doesn't stay in the side yard overnight.
  • Tools and forms are staged, not scattered.
  • If we fall short of this standard, we schedule a professional cleaning service at our cost.
