Concrete demo and haul-off is often quoted separately from the new pour. Here's what demo typically costs in the Sanford area and what drives the variation.
Typical Demo Costs
A standard 2-car driveway (600–800 sq ft): $800–$1,800 for demo and haul-off. A 300 sq ft patio: $500–$900. Thicker slabs, limited access, and high concrete volumes push the number up. This cost is included in our full replacement quotes — it's not added on after you sign.
What Affects the Price
Slab thickness. Truck access — if we can get a dump truck close to the work, loading is faster. Volume of material. Disposal fees at the concrete recycling facility.
What We Don't Do
We don't leave broken concrete on the property or stage it in the street. All material is loaded and hauled off on demo day. It goes to a concrete recycling facility.
